Calling you in for our next miracle ✨
Yes, possible miracles! And worthy adventures — with astonishing outcomes.
We’re seeking YOUR collaboration, innovation, and support to make this possible.
Help us catalyze economic strength, community vitality, and recovery from disability for thousands of people around the world.
Build this new economic paradigm with us.
My name is Megan Elizabeth Morris.
I’m the Founding Director & Coordinator of the Intuitive Community Media Network, Intuitive Public TV, and Intuitive Public Radio; and I’m Editor-in-Chief of Upmarket Magazine with my colleagues in the Intuitive Upmarket.
I headline diverse publications and community projects to bring in and lift up the voices of people you’d not otherwise have had the great fortune to learn from.
I develop uncommonly powerful approaches in systems emergence and transformative creative expression to enliven professional platforms, community attunement, and regenerative economics — to deepen, energize, and activate social fabric that advances community recovery and economic vitality outcomes for all levels of participation.
I teach communities how to come into full partnership in ways that strengthen the whole collective body — to make us all stronger than we’ve ever been.
Successes I’m privileged to have had over the past 17 years include…
developing creative community platforms and income-generating pathways for professionals, innovators, and every-day people from all walks of life
helping 6-figure professionals strengthen their careers and stay resilient through moral injury — to bring their most potent and transformational work to the world that needs them
helping an 8-figure entrepreneur grow new business innovations, launch a world-changing publication platform, and revitalize hidden community potential
helping a brilliant and beloved van-dwelling photojournalist land a high-profile TEDGlobal speaking engagement documenting her experiences of homelessness
surviving and innovating thriving in deep field research; including expressly intensive life-and-death circumstances and on-the-ground collaborative resource coordination at intersections of extremity and societal invisibility…
…and building the Intuitive Network AAC — an unprecedented, economically-transformative disability recovery infrastructure supporting thousands of people around the world.
The possible miracles I’ve personally experienced have changed my whole life.
I’m here to tell you more about how that happened.
The Intuitive Community Media Network has a base infrastructure — the bare-minimum structures for our AAC disability recovery aid functions and diverse network platforms.
This infrastructure makes all our other community work, collaborative outcomes, and continuing successes possible.
Where we are now, we’re very close to unlocking the accelerated financial growth this infrastructure is designed to facilitate.
And it’s a sensitive moment — because we need concerted collaboration in order to make it through what’s proving to be a very tough economic time.
More fruitful than simply donations, authentic human connection and strategic collaboration grows wealth for all.
For this and many reasons, I continuously leverage my unique talents to create new flows of vital nourishment with-and-for those who collaborate with me.
I’d like to ask you for your help.
But I want to show you what Kian said first.
Kian’s story: from moral injury to a transformed career within 30 days of collaborative partnership
Kian Xie writes,
I am a six-figure professional in the healthcare industry, where every day I witness systemic and institutional corruption and fraud, endure deeply felt moral injury, and navigate inner conflict between my financial needs and my desire to help others without exploitation.
Megan Elizabeth, your ability to collaborate with me has arrived at exactly the right time. You have helped me develop both my 9-5 career and my entrepreneurial efforts so I can transform my vocation to help create a more life-giving healthcare system. NO other form of support I have sought from top tier coaches and programs has been able to meet my highly specific needs in the way collaborating with you has.
Anyone who can come to the table with you should be immensely grateful for the opportunity to work with you now. You are very close to achieving groundbreaking accomplishments which will impact many others. Anyone who connects with you authentically at this time is going to benefit and grow in ways they can’t even imagine.
There is so much evidence for this in the impact you’ve had on other people’s lives.
One piece of evidence is that you have already helped me so much in just under a month of working together.
Since beginning our collaborative partnership, I received news that I am getting a new hire within the next three months who will report to me and help my team accomplish silo-breaking work while deeply transforming our team culture. I’ve had my desk moved into a nicer office with a director and a team lead. I have gained the trust of my superiors and increased job security.
With your help, I have designed amazing marketing assets that position my entrepreneurial and personal brand as more professional, upmarket, and authentic to me than ever before. I have gained the courage to price my offers at super high ticket levels after increased sales confidence and success with mid-ticket clients.
All this while coming to terms with VERY harsh realities around my close family member’s needs as a disabled person neglected by the medical and state systems that caused her disability in the first place.
Without your witnessing and support, I would have avoided coming to terms with this reality. I would have stayed stuck and put my life on hold; I would have stalled for many more months or even years on my decision to have children of my own; I would have been overwhelmed at work by my moral injury and risked losing my job.
I have realized my family can not rely on highly corrupt and harmful systems to bring us the safety or freedom we need. It is only through a truly relational and regenerative quality of relationships and community, such as what you have built with the Intuitive Network, that we can truly learn to thrive together and support one another in healing and growth. I am honored to be welcomed into this community and be part of creating this new paradigm of living and working together.
The opportunity to collaborate with you has been priceless. I look forward to many more developments in the Intuitive Network and in our personal projects as we continue to work together.
Sincerely,
Kian Xie
I don’t know how to tell you how grateful I am that we’ve been able to make such positive impacts with the base infrastructure of the Intuitive Community Media Network, and all the processes powered by that infrastructure.
The people I am privileged to meet through this work are the most amazing people in the world. For so many different collaborators and community members, we are getting to discover more powerful shifts than we ever knew were possible.
The more we dig into the details, it gets to be very plain —
— the costs of the base infrastructure are far-outstripped by the wealth of life-giving resources we generate by sustaining it.
On average, key collaborators have been paying close to $3,000 per month for that life-saving Intuitive Network base infrastructure since 2016.
The exact same amount can support exponentially more people in many of the same ways… using the same infrastructure… without that base infrastructural cost increasing at all.
That infrastructural cost is additional to and separate from other basic life necessities like shelter, safe food, and utilities — but foundational to the achieving of those other basic life necessities.
We began the Intuitive Community Media Network because this infrastructure was the first requirement for keeping me and many others in the network alive; the very basis of our capacity to implement any other solutions.
I and so many of my colleagues wouldn’t be here on this planet today without it.
For my and many colleagues’ medical conditions, there is very little… if any… support or awareness from other systems, sources, or professions.
Many, including me, would be dead many times over if it weren’t for the investments key collaborators and family members have made in this infrastructure effort since 2015 and 2016 — when I was sex trafficked because of multiple concussion injuries, severe poisoning from toxic exposures, and resulting compounded multi-system physical conditions.
There are an astonishing number of people like me, with differences and similarities. We’re not expected to survive at all. We’re the “hopeless, unhelpable” cases.
Except that’s not exactly true.
Because of what we have built — the Intuitive Network infrastructure — we can survive. And more than survive.
The Intuitive Network infrastructure means we can become powerhouses of creative solutions and drivers of unprecedented economic vitality; not only for ourselves, but for our families and communities as well.
The recovery progress I’ve made since 2016 would not have been even remotely possible without this infrastructure.
It is a non-negotiable day-to-day disability aid for me and many others.
And it’s much, much better than that.
It’s a recovery aid — for physical recovery and for economic recovery — and it is close to restoring my access, and many others’ access, to income.
Completing income pathways for the Intuitive Network is crucial, especially now, where for myself and for other colleagues preserving our worldwide infrastructure from key locations in the United States, the U.S. government shutdown has resulted in significantly increased wide-scale economic hardship.
Many of our most diligent collaborators have been directly and adversely affected by this most recent instance of economic crisis. It has a considerable impact on financial sustainability for the whole worldwide network.
I’d like to tell you about my mother — and about more of my most dedicated colleagues.
My amazing mother is one of our key collaborators and investors in the development of Intuitive Network infrastructure — from the beginning, even in very hard times, because she came to recognize how necessary this infrastructure was to keeping her eldest daughter alive, to recovering my physical function; and to restoring my capacity to work, receive income, and have a chance to regain a real, thriving life after the compounded violence and severe long-term injuries I’ve contended with.
But my mom, along with many other professionals, is experiencing severe cashflow problems because of the intensive changes occurring in the economic landscape — especially with the U.S. government shutdown, because this includes many programs being shuttered and reimbursements of insurances delayed or cancelled.
And because she has dedicated so much of her resourcing to the network’s ability to go forward when we never otherwise would have managed it… these radical shifts in her income access, along with the intense economic effects other key collaborators are experiencing, directly compromise our ability to sustain life-saving Intuitive Network infrastructure.
A lot of people are being hit especially hard by the current economic stalemate.
The few in more economically privileged positions must tread very carefully in how they make next decisions, often having to tend complex considerations, and often not having complete access to the resources that must also support their and their families’ basic needs being met.
For years now, the financial situations of our previously more economically-stable collaborators have been more and more strained; and many have totally lost that prior stability because of what’s happening in the world.
Even for some who have seeming-steady paid work, incomes have not kept pace with inflation; people who once saw themselves as comfortably “middle class” have to work dangerously harder… for longer hours, and in ways that damage their bodies or exacerbate existing injury conditions… to attempt to maintain any fleeting sense of hard-won stability. In many cases, they are finding those attempts unsuccessful.
People are discovering exploitation in their workplaces that they hadn’t recognized before; forced to either leave those workplaces or to coexist with structures they find to be unconscionable because they know no other way to preserve their lives and families.
Necessities have gotten more expensive — food and crucial supplies of all kinds, medical access, and business overhead costs for those with self-employment income.
For collaborators who have been able to contribute in small ways in the past, that ability has diminished because of the ways ongoing systemic economic pressures have continued to intensify.
People aren’t able to go to their extended families for help; because where some people may still have family members among the living, they too have been hit too hard to help; and functions have tanked. Often, those around them can barely think to try to imagine a solution, have stopped hoping, or have stopped trying.
Many families and organizations are finding themselves intensively challenged to maintain financial solvency that once seemed like a given. Many families and organizations have lost, or are losing, that battle; because they need more support to flow in for the infrastructure that — still, somehow — has been continuing to save the lives of our most severely impacted colleagues.
Still, somehow — giving us all a much-needed edge.
For so many, taking on the meaningful — often heavy — responsibility of caring for family members and community members experiencing crisis conditions… and diligently repairing our community resources in the midst of ongoing broad-scale economic manipulation… has long since absorbed financial cushions and safety nets like savings.
Yet, we’ve all continued to make choices to fight for thriving…
…put solutions in place wherever possible…
…commit ourselves to believing we can succeed…
…and not let ourselves or the people we love die.
It becomes clear that a new economic approach is needed when we find this to be happening across the board for so many friends, contacts, and organizations that want to financially support this Intuitive Network, all experiencing the crunch — and worse — of these times.
We see clearly how much we need Intuitive Network infrastructure to prevent individuals’ and families’ resources being sapped away by the mass economic siphons.
We need Intuitive Network infrastructure to prevent the loss of worthy, heart-powered, keenly insightful, survivor-led community organizations.
We need Intuitive Network infrastructure to preserve existing resources and ensure a strategic advantage for keenly-attuned leaders in community and business spaces who are listening most closely for the subtle voices — and need the communications pathways we’ve developed.
Where Intuitive Network infrastructure is already making such a significant difference in our ability to navigate challenges and care for our loved ones, preventing exploitative practices from taking hold in community spaces, and startlingly supercharging recovery outcomes…
…we know more collaborators and funding sources are needed in order to stabilize infrastructural access.
Our Intuitive Network infrastructure does amazing things — but it needs more attention and more people engaging with it in order for it to do its best work.
When it’s already achieving all of this despite continuous emergency circumstances, what will it do when we get it paid for in a more reliable fashion — and keep it from falling out from under us all the time?
It doesn’t even need to cost more than it costs now in order to support and serve a radical increase in community members.
Its basics do need to be funded more consistently, however.
We need more hands on deck.
We’re all aware there are exploitative moves being made at many different levels in the broader economy, and in ways that affect huge numbers of people.
The valuable strategies and toolsets the Intuitive Community Media Network has developed to reverse systemic commoditization can be made dramatically more accessible to those who most need them — and change the playing field for everyone.
That systemic commoditization leaves even our less severely impacted community members realizing that they are in positions of being exploited, hitting burn-out, the limits of their bodies’ capacities, and significant financial vulnerability.
But when we consistently fund and strengthen Intuitive infrastructure, that systemic commoditization is eased off. It can’t pound people into the ground the same way.
Something changes.
We’re able to build together again, implementing solutions where needed, and trusting in real relationships — real social fabric expanding and deepening as we collaborate with one another… learn from one another… and come to know one another better.
When the economic landscape is being manipulated at scale in ways that harm everyone, certain solutions must also be implemented, strategically, at scale; otherwise isolated individuals and small groups lose what they have even while doing what they most know to be right.
Without Intuitive infrastructure, families and communities are at the mercy of those large-scale economic manipulations.
With Intuitive infrastructure, community members survive when they never could have otherwise; and they can contribute directly to growing economic vitality for their family, community, and regional ecosystems.
With more concerted engagement and hands-on-deck, our infrastructure has the power to offset the large-scale manipulation of the economic landscape, too, in remarkable and powerful ways.
Right now, when the Intuitive Network infrastructure is jeopardized without cashflow at a time when exactly this infrastructure is most needed…
…It’s a startling opportunity.
The infrastructure we’ve built that makes income possible for me and many more network collaborators also supports multiple thousands of other severely impacted community members around the world — all of them in similar or worse positions of economic hardship, exclusion, and ongoing violent exploitation.
Because of those severe circumstances, most network colleagues are currently unable to communicate in ways that could help us keep the infrastructure functioning — which can only change if they continue to have the support of this infrastructure.
I and others need this infrastructure for immediate daily survival. I and others can be re-trafficked very quickly without it. Many are in this same position.
If we lose the infrastructure, our toolsets, and our contact leverage points therein, I could list for hours the colleagues I would likely never hear from again. I won’t know who has died, or if any have survived.
If we preserve and strengthen the infrastructure, all manner of circumstances can change. The sky’s the limit.
It’s been the greatest privilege of my life knowing and working with these colleagues.
What we’ve built is worth our best attempt at preserving and growing it.
I feel deep in my bones that we can achieve it.
This part is especially important for me to convey:
As I referred to earlier in this text, the Intuitive Network infrastructure isn’t just for families with sensitive, unsupported medical conditions, severely disabled people, human trafficking survivors, families in crisis, or those navigating intersections of resource extremity.
This infrastructure is for you, too.
This infrastructure transforms economic challenges for all communities, all professionals, all businesses, all projects, all platforms, and all community members.
Our development of Intuitive Network infrastructure importantly addresses key needs of economically privileged intersections — and every other economic position.
This work is closely attuned for all those who don’t yet know how to change the structures of economic predation they’re having to operate within — and who deeply want to right their relationships with the extensive suffering and wasteful resource destruction caused by widespread economic exclusion.
With this infrastructure running, we in the Intuitive Community Media Network can provide you with tools to navigate the most daunting of situations. Whatever challenges you’re experiencing, there are solutions for them here.
The collaborative approaches developed by the Intuitive Network have saved lives on a daily basis for the past ten years and more.
When we stabilize and strengthen Intuitive infrastructure, amazing things happen.
Up until the current economic crisis, we had just a few more pieces to put in place to be able to flow financial resources in ways that had not been possible before.
At this moment, the payment of critical immediate bills puts us at a negative account balance.
Now we’re at a choice point.
Do we take down the infrastructure… lose all we’ve invested in this past decade… and give up?
Or do we somehow come together to make a miracle, and get through this thing — like we’ve gotten through so many other scary and impossible situations before?
We have remarkable, unexpectedly powerful advantages in the Intuitive Network because of the unique investments we’ve all made both personally and professionally in that infrastructure over these ten-plus years.
We need your help with monetary resourcing — and collaborative engagement — in order to sustain our Intuitive Network base infrastructure and complete the regenerative income streams we’ve begun.
Otherwise, we risk losing everything we’ve built and our chance to complete it.
I am living proof that this work facilitates amazing recoveries from even the worst of injuries, bringing people back from devastation and abandonment. It makes us stronger than we’ve ever been.
When people do what most moves them, they are most wakeful and resilient. What we build together feeds generations — grows deep roots, and lasts much longer.
Intuitive Network infrastructure makes this possible.
Regardless of whether you can assist us with funds or any other material resourcing, your care, kindness, interest, curiosity — and desire to heartstorm and collaborate — count. Every contact point fuels, nourishes, strengthens, and energizes us.
Your engagement here… in whatever way moves you… can make a tremendous difference. (It literally repairs physical neurology. And we’re sure glad to tell you a whole lot more about that.)
My dream — my prayer, my desire, my energized excitement — is that you’ll connect with us. It means the world to me, and to us, if you’ll consider it.
Reach out to me to be part of this.
Let’s give this thing our very best try.
With love and faith,
Rev. Megan Elizabeth Morris

I’ve known Megan Elizabeth for over a year and have been so impressed by her passion, dedication, and ability to articulate the needs of Intuitive Network members. She’s also been generous in her commitment to supporting the CoFundEco initiative, which I co-steward, including stepping up to create some fabulous artwork for us within just few hours of our naming the need. My sense is that I’ve barely had the chance to witness the breadth and depth of her many gifts and talents.

I’ve been trying for several days now to come up with some clear and succinct words to recommend Megan Elizabeth Morris; yet such words continue to elude me.
Perhaps that’s because what she has created is so unique, multifaceted and widely applicable that it defies easy descriptions. Nevertheless, I DO heartily recommend connecting with her and the Intuitive Network she has developed over the past 10+ years.
I’ve been involved for nearly four years now and the learning and experiences I’ve gained have enriched my personal and professional life in many ways. Part bridge-building, part mutual aid, part dreaming and creating a more just, inclusive world, and all to challenge and thwart the dominant systems that exclude and marginalize people whose life experience and expertise is actually so needed in these times.
Whether you (or your project or business) need specific tools and resources to be more effective, or if you’re just curious about how this extraordinary network functions to build ever-expanding connections and collaborations, do get involved in any way you can: subscribe to this Substack (“Mack’s Memo”); connect on Facebook or LinkedIn (Megan Elizabeth Morris); and/or on Telegram Messenger at t.me/maxmorris.

Megan Elizabeth introduced me to a world I didn’t know existed! The Intuitive Network she imagined into being helps people long invisible be seen and better understood. And I get to learn what contributes to helping them be seen. In the process, as human-centered design teaches, when we design for the margins, everyone benefits.

I’ve had the privilege of working with Megan Elizabeth Morris in my Q1 & Q2 Close the Gap cohorts, and her impact has been transformative.
As the architect of Intuitive Network, she combines real-world grit—navigating extreme physical and logistical challenges—with a deep systems acumen that elevates every discussion.
Megan Elizabeth’s incisive “what if” questions push our group to think more broadly, and her openness about both breakthroughs and setbacks models true resilience. Her presence, energy, and unwavering commitment have made our coaching calls richer and our community stronger.
I wholeheartedly recommend Megan Elizabeth and Intuitive Network to anyone seeking a thoughtful leader who inspires, challenges, and unites with integrity.

Megan is one of the most passionate professionals I’ve ever had the good fortune to work with. Her dedication is contagious and like nothing I’ve ever seen.
No matter how diverse the group, Megan has a way of bringing people together, focusing them on a common goal, and motivating them into action.
She knows how to wrangle a scattered bunch of folks into a cohesive, working unit by bringing out the best in each individual. Her organizational skills are impeccable, as is her communication. She really “gets” social technology and the somewhat abstract world of community building.
I would not hesitate to recommend her work to others.
The word “brilliant” just doesn’t do her justice.

Wow. Wow. WOW. What you have shared makes me so happy. That gladness is a feeling I can fell, starting in my heart, connected to my mind - and now moving through my whole being. The beauty of how you wrote this why that gladness feels so wonderful. WONDER FULL. Thank you for sharing your stories of healing with us. Thank you for writing so beautifully and for sharing those words when they are created. We love you!

Brilliant. Just brilliant.
Not only does Megan produce, she produces with style, humor and genius!
Megan and her partner co-produced the Johnny Bunko ebook for me that helped me win a contest sponsored by Daniel Pink (Dan’s a best selling author, former Al Gore Speech Writer and author of DRIVE, The Adventures of Johnny Bunko) TED Speaker etc.
That win not only got me to TED, but helped me get an invitation to SPEAK at TED Global 2009 - which I did of course.
Megan has been a tireless champion of me, the homeless and of the causes I support.
You won’t go wrong hiring her, knowing her or just watching her career take off.
She’s amazing as both a professional (how we first met) and a friend.

My second duo session with Megan Elizabeth was even more amazing than the first!
Ease and insights and creative surprises abound.
We’ve been collaborating for years and I am always filled by our time together…. but these one on one sessions, focused on her supporting me and my work and everything that I am navigating is such an incredible gift.
There’s no other space like it in my life.
Immense gratitude here.

Most people don’t understand that business is a creative process. And hardly anyone can explain the ins and outs of that creative process like Megan Morris. […]
She has a wonderfully gentle way of rearranging your thinking so it’s in line with what you want, and so you actually know you can reach it.

The truth is, ideas are cheap. They pop into our head, they pop out of our head. I know this – I was the first ever employee of what’s now the world’s largest independent innovation company. But being able to take an idea and do something with it? Ah now…. that’s a whole different story. That’s why I’m a big fan of Megan’s program. It’s a lovely balance of encouragement, insight and butt-kicking to go from, as she puts it, ’scratch to expression.’
One of my favourite quotes is from Lou Holtz – a basketball coach – who said “when all is said and done, a lot more is said than done.” If you want to start doing rather than just talking, take a look at The Idea Catalyst Kit.
Pam Slim • January 2010
Lack of ideas is not what keeps hoards of people trapped in Cubicle Nation – rather it is the lack of actionable, marketable, feasible ideas. Thank goodness Megan whipped up her entertaining, inspiring and extremely useful Idea Catalyst Kit so you not only generate killer ideas for improving your life and starting your business, but have fun while doing it.

Reflecting on almost 8 years since getting to know Megan Elizabeth Morris and IPR, we’ve had so many bursts of talking through and working on outreach and income generation.
Megan’s background in marketing combined with experience and understanding of severity has helped with this figuring out process in important ways difficult to find elsewhere.
Now, as more and more people are encountering severity and looking for bearings making sense of navigating it all, we’re connecting a lot of dots and making progress bridging worlds.
I highly recommend anyone making sense of finding generative possibility in this liminality to look into Max and IPR to help ground and navigate as we all figure out what next.

Oh, how I wish there had been an Idea Catalyst Kit for me when I was 22 years old and starting out as an entrepreneur. It would have saved me many, many hours, and sleepless nights. They say experience is the best teacher but I know for a fact that other peoples’ experience is so much better, quicker and cheaper.
This is one investment you’ll look back on one day (if you apply what you learn) and realize it ranks in the top-five you made in your life.
Scott Perry • 6 February 2025
Love this principled and pragmatic approach to collaborations that make a difference!

I really appreciate Megan’s deep presence and ability to be with me in “what is” without needing to fix or feed my victim to feel okay. Powerful experience of being deeply witnessed by a compassionate, relational, fellow woman.
Megan Zumwinkel Taylor • January 2010
The Magnificent Megan M. and company have created a remarkable product in the Idea Catalyst Kit. If you’ve ever lost faith in your creativity, or in your ability to come up with ideas, or if you’re just not sure you even had such an ability to begin with, you should check it out. It takes you step by step through the process of idea creation, offering encouragement (and a few belly laughs) along the way. I don’t think there’s anyone who wouldn’t benefit from the product; I know I have.

My key indicator is ease of communication. When I hired technical support staff for bilingual customer interface, job planning and documentation work, this guided me well. Was I heard, understood? Did I get swift and constructive responses? Did our mental gears mesh smoothly (similar wavelength) or skip under load and even lock up on each other? Two of the people I hired more than 10 years ago are still with the company.
When I worked out the Triiibes Q&A eBook process on-line and by phone with Megan, I noticed our gears meshed well. Straightforward, achieving progress and having fun across thousands of miles, even though we had not met before.
I feel Megan has the capacity to catch and juggle a lot of balls and to push herself to new heights. If I were hiring at this time, she’d be among my faves.
Sol Luckman • 22 January 2025

I really enjoyed doing this together Max and on the fly! Look at our wings! A rich visit in a new land we’re creating together in such glorious synchrony.

I’ve only had one brief opportunity to work with Megan…but it was an incredible experience. I was part of two teams during the Q&A eBook project…and that provided me the perfect opportunity to see Megan at work.
When she was made aware of issues just hours away from the final deadline…she didn’t panic, she provided calm and steady leadership and moved resources around to make sure the job got done.
She’s a great leader…quickly identifying the strengths of those around her and empowering them to get the job done without micromanaging the process.
After the project was complete she went out of the way to say thank you…not just a generic bulk email…but a personal note expressing gratification and recognition of specific tasks done.
It was a joy working with Megan and I look forward to the opportunity of working alongside her again in the near future.

I met Megan only six months ago in Triiibes.com…. but I already feel like knowing her a lifetime.
We have met online, exchanged ideas, worked together… and I learned a lot, and I mean a LOT, in the process.
Thank you, Magnificent Meg, you made a positive impact on my life.
I wholeheartedly recommend her for ANYTHING!

I have had the pleasure of knowing Megan in three aspects:
Vendor: Megan built an exceptional website for my company. Recently the owner of one of the largest staffing companies in the country told me that he loved our website. She understood our vision and interpreted it beautifully into a web medium. Then she went above and beyond the call of duty and organized what turned into an extremely successful social media campaign. She is a rare combination of vision, passion, technical skills, business sense, and just pure genius.
Client: Before transitioning into Virtual Staffing, I spent 13 years as an operations consultant and Megan hired me to help her with her business. I can honestly say that anyone who has the opportunity to teach her anything is the lucky one in the relationship. She attacks learning with a passion – you can literally see her gears going a mile a minute as she not only listens to what you are saying, but absorbs it and looks at how she can immediately put the new information into action. She also knows herself well enough to know how to truly utilize a great learning experience and so as a teacher you get the rare sensation of knowing that that NOTHING of what you are teaching is being lost on her, in fact that it will be passed down through her, and that the work you are doing has hundreds of times more value than it does for an average (or even above-average) client.
Friend: Megan has a huge heart and is always willing to go above and beyond for a friend. She uses personal interaction, business interaction and social media as a way to truly enrich the lives of everyone she touches. Megan is a connector who sees people who will have value for each other and connects them. She is just a joy to be around.
Anyone would be lucky to have someone like Megan touch their organization. I have staked my reputation on her in the past and I will do it again to recommend you to her.
Pace Smith • 11 December 2008
Megan is amazing. Megan is great. Megan has boundless enthusiasm, incredible perseverance, and loves to learn. Megan will rise to the occasion no matter what you throw at her and will exceed your expectations.
Blah, blah blah.
You’ve heard it all before from reading all the other recommendations. You’re probably sick of hearing how awesome Megan is. But you know what? Words are cheap. I’m going to put my money where my mouth is.
I hereby offer a 100% money-back guarantee on Megan.
(I know this doesn’t affect you, Seth, since the !MBA is free, but hopefully it’ll show you how confident I am in her.) If you hire her to help her reach her goal and aren’t completely satisfied, nay, BLOWN AWAY by the quality of the work she does for you, I will reimburse you in full out of my own pocket.
‘Nuff said.

I thoroughly loved being part of this chat and am filled with gratitude for all the unconditional support Max has given me and my work over the past several years.
Don’t miss this discussion; it just might change your life!

Megan is, in a word, amazing. She is a superb candidate for the !MBA and would take full advantage of Seth’s plan of “give and take”...I don’t know that I can say right now who would benefit more from her acceptance. I only wish I could be there to watch the discussions that take place with her on Seth’s team.
I got involved more toward the end of the Q&A ebook project because I was on the road for most of November. But I’d remember to stick my head in every now and then to keep up with everything, and there would always be several messages from Megan in the various forums…she did an incredible job of monitoring every piece. During “deadline weekend”, we all worked together to finish the ebook, with emails flying fast and furious as we debated some of the finer (and final) points.
I hope she gets accepted to the !MBA program. She’s destined for great things (and I can say I knew her when!).

I cannot think of a person better situated in temperament, time, and….hmmm…third t-word needed….temerity (yeah!) than Megan.
I had the amazing good fortune to be one of her “staff” and bridge crew on the voyage that led to the Tribes Q&A Ebook, a silver box experience if ever there was one.
A huge part of what made that a silver box experience was Megan. I have worked on many volunteer-based projects, and this one was way out in front in terms of quality of teamwork and quality of final product.
Megan was patient, tenacious (ah! another t-word!), and productive, and her energy and optimism was absolutely amazing. Her leadership made all the difference in the project. I am proud of the result we all produced, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work closely with Megan in the process.
This is a person who, armed with her !MBA experience, will step WAY out in the world, and she will take lots of people with her. Selecting her for the program virtually guarantees a ripple effect that will make amazing things happen!

Megan is just positively amazing. I worked with her on the Tribes Q & A ebook and the thing that I admired most was her perseverance. She never faltered once or slacked off or even thought about giving up.
She was organized, helpful and kept us motivated and on track to finish on time.
She’s a creative, resourceful and smart leader.
I just read through her entire application (part of the reason I’m so late) and I was blown away by her insightfulness and vision.
I wholeheartedly recommend Megan for the Alternative MBA Program. I think that she is a perfect fit for the projects and path that I believe Seth with put her on.
I look forward to seeing what she will offer the world!

RE: Recommendation of Megan; Let me Count the Ways…
... the list of projects that Megan has undertaken in Triiibes alone is astonishing. Many enroll, a few maintain visibility, and the rare few stick it THROUGH TO THE END. Thus she does, project after project, with tenacity. Continuously.
Yet what most impresses (and inspires) me most about Megan is her generosity and championing of others. To me, this puts her in a regal (royal?) category of her own.
Megan’s boundless enthusiasm, tenacity, generosity and encouragement of others is what has me writing her this endorsement, even though I know she has plenty of endorsements and that everyone who knows her already knows all this… I write out of appreciation (yes, she’s helped me too, with my very first blog) and there’s no way in hell I’d miss this opportunity to thankfully champion a champion.

I, Paul Durban, being of sound mind and not too shabby body, hereby recommend Megan for anything. Whatever it is she wants to do, just let her do it. Invite her to do it. Encourage her to do it. Plead with her to do it.
Because once she does it, you’ll find out that no one can do it quite like her.
Then you’ll wonder why she didn’t always do it.
And you’ll look for ways to have her do it more often.
Does that do it for you?

Megan?
She’s an inspirational leader and much more. Here’s a short list thoughts about Megan:
Very persistent and determined to succeed.
I’m not sure I’ve ever met a more positive, proactive person.
She will “get it done” – regardless of circumstances.
She leads through inspiration – not afraid to ask for guidance as she leads – knowing the end product is more important than any one individual.
She’s flexible, capable of pulling brilliance from chaos – I’ve seen her do it.
Circumstances don’t dictate her path – she paves a path through circumstances.
Give her a destination (a point B) and she’ll figure out how to get there – and then get there.
Energetic, enthusiastic, etc.
Since I’ve only known her for a short time (and only online) – you might ask how I know these things. Well, I’m sort of a “people observer”. I’ve deduced these thoughts from her blog posts, Triiibes contributions, Triiibes Q&A book project, Tweets, and various interactions with her in between. When you deal with many people every day online – the remarkable ones are easier to spot.

I just finished reading Megan Elizabeth Morris’ MBA Application on Squidoo, and I watched a compelling video on making a difference. I did all of this because SHE IS INSPIRING.
Megan is a leader and passionate about changing the world for the better. I chose to take the time to read her lens and watch her video because she took the time to make it fun.
She is creative and it is contagious.
She didn’t coerce me or use interruption tactics to market it to me.
She just simply shared herself and she is exciting.
I have worked with Megan on a project TribesQ&A ebook, and I can tell you that she is an idea-generator who understands marketing principles. She is committed to excellence and working long hours to meet a deadline.

I am writing this recommendation in support of Megan Elizabeth Morris applying to Seth Godin’s 2009 !MBA program.
In the last year I have been very fortunate to meet three Enthusiastic people. Megan is one of them. I capitalize the word because true, deep-seated Enthusiasm is a rare quality, and as we know, scarcity equals value. This quality in people cannot be taught and it so often leads to success because it provides the drive necessary to keep going in the face of challenges and difficulties. As I have interacted with and come to know Megan on the online group Triiibes I have found her to have boundless Enthusiasm and purpose.
Megan is also a very talented writer. We wrote two pieces together thus far. We would start out with a framework that I provided and it sounded like what it was - a story written by a dentist struggling to regain skills long buried in 20 years of writing up dental charts.
Megan’s touch turned each into a far better story that was at the same time more visceral and of greater clarity. Megan is able to focus her creative energy to achieve specific goals.
In summary I highly recommend Megan Elizabeth Morris for this program, and am confident that she will be a tremendous asset to the team that is formed.

Megan Morris with Virtual Magpie Design has been an invaluable asset in improving, updating and maintaining our web presence since 2003. In today’s business climate, it is becoming more and more important to have a vibrant web presence - especially in Real Estate.
She is always full of ideas on how to better present our Realtors and the homes we represent.
She finds creative ways to meet our needs within the confines of our budget.
She is professional without losing the personal touch.
There are three kinds of people in the world. Those who want to make things happen, who plan to make them happen; those who watch things happen and Megan – who actually makes things happen.

This is absolutely beautiful and meaningful. Thanx so much for this, Max!
You know I’m a fan!

SO much goodness in this post, but this REALLY stands out for me, “Your greatest gifts unfold from your biggest obstacles.” Thank you, Megan!
Becky Blanton • December 2008
Megan, unlike many of us who applied for this position, committed herself to it. She put aside other things and threw herself into it – from fundraising to contacting people to promoting others – and she did a fantastic job. Maybe it’s youth, the energy and drive of one still seeing potential more than obstacles, but I think it’s more a reflection of the power that lies coiled in this woman’s soul. If you read her application, her blogs – her history it’s easy to see that she’s all about positive change. She walks the talk – as cliche as that may seem, but she’s the real deal.
Not only did she take on and complete the task of being the Q&A master, but actually shone with it! She’s done more to highlight and promote Triiibes than anyone I’ve seen. If it came down to a choice between me and Megan getting this selection, I would defer to her in a heartbeat as I truly, from the bottom of my heart believe she is the best candidate for this apprenticeship and would impact so many people. I think she’s proven that she has vision, can follow through, inspire and is devoted to change.
She’s an amazing woman and one I’m certainly proud to know. I hope you get it Megan. You are awesome!!

Max (Megan Elizabeth) Morris has leveraged efforts over years to develop significant name recognition as a go-to resource for figuring out how to navigate complex situations.
David Williams • 12 December 2008
I first met Megan nearly eight years ago as a result of a conversation with Dr. Wade Raridon, her voice teacher at the time. That led to her being engaged to perform at a local Welsh gathering where her performance was an outstanding success. That, in turn led to further engagements in the US Welsh community over the years, and to Megan’s taking it upon herself to learn pronunciation of the Welsh language so that she could expand her repertoire.
Her motivation and drive led to an unusually fine mastery of the nuances of Welsh pronunciation, so much so that listeners assumed that she was a native speaker. When the Pendyrus Male Choir, one of the top 3 Welsh choirs in the world, arrived in the US for a two week performance tour in 2004 their adjudicators offered Megan a contract to join them as soloist.
In 2005 she won the Eisteddfod competition at the North American Festival of Wales in Orlando. Part of the prize was an invitation to perform at the National Eisteddfod of Wales in 2006. An eisteddfod is an ancient Welsh cultural event dating from at least the 13th Century in which participants compete in the fields of poetry, literature, and singing. The standards of the adjudicators are very high indeed, and absolute not relative. So sometimes no prizes are awarded, since a winner must not be just the best of the competitors on hand, but must meet an absolute standard of excellence. All events in the entire week-long competition are conducted entirely in Welsh — not a word of any other language is spoken.
So, what has all this to do with Megan? It is merely to provide some background concerning the rigor of the competition she faced. There was a field of some 30 competitors in the mezzo-soprano field — all native Welsh, and almost all native speakers — except Megan. A non-native speaker in her first National Eisteddfod and an American to boot — come to compete with the finest talent in the Land of Song! And what does she do? She comes in second!! Second to a native speaker with years of Eisteddfod experience. A feat practically unheard of.
This illustrates two things about Megan — first, of course, her great vocal talent; but more to the point is her tenacity and dedication to the attainment of a goal she has set for herself, no matter how lofty that goal may seem; and, equally pertinent, her ability to succeed in attaining the goal in the end.
I can’t imagine a more worthy candidate.

Megan is a FORCE. This is a woman you would want as a friend, a colleague, a co-conspirator, an ally. But I think I’d want her most as a neighbor, so that I could walk over to Megan’s house and see what she was up to. That because it seems she is ALWAYS up to something, and it’s always intriguing, stimulating and inventive. She is one of those people who cannot not be up to something, because she’s so engaged in the world, with plumbing its mysteries, playing with its possibilities.
I worked with her on the Tribes Q&A, and she was unflappable. A project like that, assembled at breakneck speed and with so many personalities at play, can quickly go out of control, but Megan was the glue, and that glue was both sticky and elastic—she rode that beast with aplomb, intelligence and humor, and she made other people’s work (including mine) better. She’s one of those rare people that carbonates the world—she is an exceptional candidate for Seth’s MBA (and barring that, perhaps as the benevolent ruler of a beautiful island nation—it would be a happy, soulful place of glee and song, and I’ll move there immediately; I need Megan for a neighbor).

Mindblowing.
This is what front-line decolonialism/deconstruction REALLY looks and sounds like.

Megan makes me want to try harder. To do more. To be more.
Obviously, I’m not the only one.
