We’re about to radically increase our post frequency.
…We think.
In any case — whatever happens — this is something we’re continually striving to achieve. So there may be gaps; there may be delays; and (honestly) I’d be surprised if there weren’t.
And then… there will be 4-5 hour (or 4-5 post) days.
This is the way recovery goes. We’ll find the rhythm right here, out in the open; where you can join us, learn some new dance steps, and sing along.
We have oodles of groups working in the private network to make it possible to share as much as we can in public. And we know that it must happen.
So we’re going to do it.
The Intuitive Public Radio Network is an immersive arts experience; and for many of us, it’s an all-in, full-contact, massive multiplayer metafiction game.
It shows what happens if your world is turned upside down and you are pressed beyond the veil… when you are fundamentally, irreversibly changed.
It opens glimpses to moments where you learn to deeply listen to understand the wild and unique panoply your most hardship-affected loved ones are struggling to convey.
This is what experience and communications are like for many, many, many people. And the full expression of them… the safety of knowing we are in it together, and we are here for one another… is what full recoveries are made from.
People who’ve had these experiences are our colleagues.
We’ve had similar experiences. We know that through all the most intensive strangeness and the inside-out-ness, we still were people, too.
We still sought love. We still strove to connect. We cared for others, and fought for the safety of those we cared for. We knew our survival must matter. We tended our bodies with courage. We endeavored.
We prayed and centered and quested for our own truest selves; sharing honestly, doing what we could best find to be most right, good, and honorable.
It was true, and it’s still true. For us, it’s become irrefutable.
The content here (along with our styles of sharing it) reflects real experiences real people have had and are having.
They are your community members and companions of lived experiencing, even if you’re entirely unfamiliar with these kinds of experiences.
In order to honor what the most severely disabled people are going through at the most invisible and invisibly violent intersections… and come to understand one another better… we uplift this creative radiance.
We treasure it. We learn its language, because we recognize its profound gifts.
We brave a hell of criticism and gaslighting to gift you with it.
It was not long ago we could not find support for our most severely affected network community members… at all. Anywhere.
But after nearly 10 years of working to build this infrastructure and anchoring our practice of these toolsets together, we’ve accumulated a massive stash of imminently bridgeable informational and interpersonal resources.
These resources, we know, are crucial for the survival, recovery, and sovereign thriving of people who are otherwise experiencing the most violent and invisible hardship intersections.
Our task is no longer to somehow find and reach people who want to collaborate to implement solutions. We have found them. They’re amazing.
Our challenge now is publishing as much as possible about what we've discovered, the best of our learning adventures, and who we're working with. This is how we build more bridges and connect more hardship survivors with the necessary resources.
We need your help with this. So keep an eye out; we will ask you questions and to share your insights.
Thank you to those of you who are ready to keep tuning in.
You fuel this.
