Preserve vitality, family by family
Front line families provide significant support to the wider community
As mentioned previously, I'm writing the following text from my personal experience. All these various aspects are also part of many other people's experience.
What I describe here provides more detail about why the Intuitive Network architecture is needed to coordinate resourcing for people with sensitive and severe physical conditions in many locations worldwide.
Families that depend on one small and unpredictable source of income…
…where all other family members are severely disabled and highly dependent upon service utilities for their ability to gradually recover…
…are often providing significant and generous support to a wider community through their day-to-day care for one another.
For families like these, a power outage or storm blockage can mean that their one small source of income is cut off.
The person who could have been drawing that income has to put all their attention to caring for the most vulnerable family members — who cannot use electrically powered devices to get through the day on their own when electrical power is not available.
Not only have they lost access to electrical appliances — they've lost access to the money that allows them to obtain safe food, to ensure safe drinking water, to pay rent, and to solve common challenges on a day-to-day basis.
In this scenario, the family has a greatly reduced chance of survival — and their generous support for their community is lost, too.
Intuitive Network architecture coordinates resources for families like this one, whose stories can be known — rather than invisible — and whose skills and know-how can be a celebrated strength in the community body.
We must preserve the sacred living resources of the whole community body.
