As mentioned previously, I'm writing the following text from my personal experience. All these various aspects are also part of many people's experiences — including our group members and many others beyond the network.
What I describe here provides more detail about why Intuitive Network architecture is needed to coordinate resourcing for people with sensitive and severe physical conditions in many locations worldwide.
I have some medically crucial food left, but each time we run out of ice, it's very difficult for us to find more ice; and a lot of that essential food has spoiled now.
More continues to defrost even with our best attempts at keeping ice on it, until we can get access to a generator that could power at least one of the freezers.
Any of this frozen food that defrosts totally is only good for a couple of days before my digestion is no longer able to process it safely. (If we can find enough ice to preserve it that long.)
The food itself is much less expensive than many other kinds of foods, but it has to be bought in larger amounts and cannot economically be bought in small amounts.
We had just made one of these larger purchases before the storms on 29 April, when the power went out.
The small, unpredictable income that one family member has been dedicating to supporting our most important Intuitive Network architecture — architecture that keeps me and others alive — had already been increasingly interrupted by problems in their industry leading up to recent events.
Now, that income has been significantly more interrupted…
…at the same time as other funds previously earmarked for rents, utilities, and medical necessities have been significantly depleted by emergency situations.
As such — and as we do — the solution is to innovate. 🌟⚡✨
We are seeking out and welcoming in money to replace the only food my body is currently able to use to facilitate safe digestion. 🌺🌿
As long as we are without electrical service, I don't know from day to day whether I will have any food to eat that day, or how many days there might be left before food for me is unavailable.
The one person who is able to more reliably reach the food in the larger freezer (in a location in the house that is inaccessible to me) is also struggling tremendously.
The most recent report I received this afternoon is that most of my medically crucial food is spoiled now, beyond defrosted, and unsafe to eat.
My body is not able to fast in the same ways many others can, in my current phase of long-term recovery.
So it looks like things are coming to a head.
For sure, I'm inventing new dance steps. 🎶
