You're going to have flows
where what you have to do is what you have to do
A lot of other people will have those flows, too.
Will we think they can do differently than they’re doing?…
…when they can’t?
…when they don’t know enough yet, or haven’t found the skill yet, or haven’t overcome the deep-rooted traumatic freeze-or-contrived-performance state yet?
Trauma layers in deep; think of the generations. Can you conceive of how much trauma the entire planet’s population is experiencing now?
Will we suffer unnecessary consequences if we try to make other people do what they cannot do?…
…consequences from righteously demanding?…
…or using force against another so that we can feel a feeling of certainty
(certainty that we haven’t processed sufficiently to have rightly earned, or even be able to truly stabilize in relationship with others)
…trying to push one another past our current capacities?
But Oh, what is the opportunity.
We have experienced others’ use of force against us, declaring we must abide by their expectations.
Many people lose their lives this way. (Many prefer me to use the words “killings” and “murders.” Well, I mean, there it is. I got it in there.)
Breathing is a wise activity.
The sacred life force must be honored; unforced.
Let’s none of us force another.
WHAT are you talking about, how do we protect ourselves without forcing someone else who would hurt us if we didn’t force them?
You know, I was really amazed when I started to discover the answers to that question.
