Five Minutes A Day — Til It Happens.

Creative Focus with Sol Luckman and his upcoming book release, Get Out Of Here Alive. Right here on this Intuitive Public TV!

In this Intuitive Public TV Simultistream broadcast of 25 February 2025, Sol Luckman and I explore the creative power of focused attention.

This can be super simple — maybe not immediately super easy! — and really powerful.

Where you put your attention… shapes reality.

It changes your experience of your body; it changes your body. It changes the flow of your physiology and the ways you engage with the world around you. It changes the resonance around you, which then interacts differently with the resonance of other beings and spaces and situations around you.

Following is a quote from Sol’s book, which will be officially published 20 March 2025. (You can still get a review copy, meanwhile, at this link.)

Here’s what I read on the air:

"Focus, really focus all the creative power of your attention on something incredibly positive you’d love to see happen in your life for five minutes a day until it happens."
Get Out Of Here Alive by Sol Luckman

There’s a lot of struggle and suffering in the world. How can we avoid getting caught in it — and how can we cultivate our greatest depth and potency — especially when we care deeply about the world and about living creatures?

First, we must root stability for ourselves; make our individual bodies and processes vital and resilient; so that when we come together to co-create, we bring that strength and stability to one another too.

"You're actually visualizing your dreambody, your etheric double, as yourself; and you're getting to know it. And as you get to know it, you are visualizing it in perfect health and in a robust way...”Sol Luckman, Intuitive Public TV (25 February 2025)

Creative visualization is a beautiful kind of skill to spend your time developing. Even if you do at first find it challenging (which might or might not be a problem for you), it presents its own solution.

The focused act of potent visualization increases energy. Whatever energy you use in doing this exercise is exchanged for the energy you generate as you get better at it.

I’ve found my explorations of this realm of practice to be inherently physically transformative; and as many of you are aware, I’m coming from long-term circumstances of severe and significant physical debility, complex crisis, and compound injury.

Function-leaps forward are a big win.

Five Minutes A Day Matters.

(Like, dude. Creates matter…)

Who benefits when you’re scattered and unfocused?

Somebody else, for sure; and it’s not a great situation to have someone benefiting from your confusion.

Who benefits when you build your strength of creative focus?

Youand as a result, your loved ones… your community… your environment…

Holding a conscious, deliberate focus for five minutes at a time is not only an accomplishment — it’s key to reclaiming your life force.

Yes, it might be difficult to focus your creative energy for even five minutes without being distracted or pulled away from it. Especially when you are navigating continuous stressors, crises, and/or life challenges, as so many people are.

But when it’s especially challenging, it’s especially powerful, too.

You’re building your own bodymind. This is an excellent alternative to the more common experience… of getting disconnected from your body while becoming more entrenched in the default mind imposed upon you by influences that make a buck from directing your attention, actions, and energy utilizations.

Success requires desire, intent, and commitment.

And it’s worth it.

Developing conscious focus strengthens our powers for intentional change and shifts our experiences, our capacities, and our reality in meaningful ways.

This isn’t only about individual creative focus either. It’s about collaborative and collective focus too.

At about 14 and a half minutes in, Sol happens to reference the Maharishi effect — in which focused meditation has been shown to reduce crime rates and accidents in communities.

When you bring creative visualization into your meditation practice… and learn how to vision and influence the energies in your own body… we are taking this up a level.

In our focused creative intention — what can we achieve together?

Also during this broadcast, Sol and I discuss the interconnections between elements of creative visualization and Regenetics, the paradigm-altering healing (whole-ing) modality developed by Sol and his partner, Leigh.

I’ve been personally rocked (and continuously intrigued) over the past three years by my experiences during and after Potentiation, which is a process you can play in, too, by joining the Worldwide Potentiation Ceremony that Sol and Leigh facilitate on the first Sunday of every month at 10-10:30 PM Eastern Time.

You can join this half-hour ceremony from wherever you are, waking or sleeping; and you can sign up on the Worldwide Potentiation Ceremony page here.

So much gratitude to everyone who gathered and commented during our broadcast! We kept me joyously busy pinning viewer comments to the screen basically the whole time.

It was so rad.
