Process (1)

Intuitive Dispatch 250105-123337

Molly Brawer wrote a beautiful piece about expressing oneself most truly according to what one's body is experiencing.

We cross-posted it on the Intuitive Public Radio Substack because it says very simply and very directly how important it is for us to be who we are and engage with our most authentic personal process.

If we do not center our most authentic personal process, we don't know what's happening in our bodies; we're not able to come to understand circumstances better; we're not able to solve problems; we're not able to communicate effectively with one another.

We're not able to build bridges, if we don't center that most authentic personal process.

This is another one of the many reasons we have continued to highlight the work of Arnold and Amy Mindell in the Intuitive Network.

To know one's own process, one must have the safety and freedom to express the parts of one's process that need most to be expressed.

If we stop one another from doing that, it causes tremendous harm — and prevents recovery trajectories where recoveries could be possible. It makes people unhappy and confused about their lives.

It's very difficult for people to do their most meaningful work if their process is inhibited.

We talk about this a lot in terms of the most severely disabled people, the most invisible, the people in the greatest hardship.

But it's extremely important to consider this in terms of the basic needs of every living being.

If a bird is stopped from singing, if a fish is stopped from swimming…

…if a human with profound art inside themselves is prevented from expressing that art…

…there are consequences that affect all of us.
