Process, Profound (2)

Intuitive Dispatch 250105-124904

So what is it that happens when we preserve the most authentic personal process that each one of us needs?

What happens when we make it safe for ourselves and one another…

…to be who we really are?

When we, as Molly did, reassure one another: If this isn't right for you, I won't be upset if you take care of yourself and do what you need to do.

Where we ensure contexts and relationships where we really want to support one another — where each person really is at.

And we don't want there to be pressures to perform falsely.

Where the relationship is most real is where the relationship can be what it really is.

In groups working through Intuitive Prowess and Eso Exp, we talk a lot about somatic sensing. And we practice somatic sensing.

My conversations with Thea Fast have profoundly helped to anchor me in the awareness of what my body really desires. That is crucial for me, to have enough information about what my body actually needs and is strengthened by; to make choices that fulfill my real needs and effectively strengthen me.

The necessity of facilitating spaces, environments, projects, and dialogues that expressly support authentic expression is one of the driving forces of the Intuitive Network infrastructure.

In order for any individual who has experienced injury, trauma, or hardship to unfold their most powerful and resonant recovery outcomes, they must be free to be who they most profoundly must be — their whole self.

It can be tricky to come to terms with, to even realize… how many pressures there are in the world that work against our knowing ourselves and becoming ourselves in the ways that are most right for each of us. Especially considering our diverse and amazing life experiences.

When people have this kind of support to be themselves, for that to be supported far and beyond what is usually discussed…

…when we support one another to be most true to ourselves

honor that, celebrate that, lean into it, and be grateful that we're having a true interaction or a true experience with or about someone who expresses themselves most honestly according to their real needs and their real desires

It changes the world in ways I never expected.

People are powerful from this kind of place.

People do work that shifts what otherwise seemed could never be shifted.

People grow beautiful nourishing gardens from what they're drawn toward because they know more about what they're drawn toward.

They're not cutting themselves off at the pass over and over and over again — cutting themselves off at the knees — cutting themselves off when they need to say something that they are most moved by.

And perhaps you can guess how important this is, when our community members have experienced something very traumatic or very violent that others don't know about…

…where the community is best served by being aware of what all community members are experiencing.

Because then the community can collaborate to protect the members of the community.

The community can make choices and build solutions that prevent the members of that community from having to encounter that kind of trauma again in the future.

And for people who have never encountered that kind of trauma, maybe they don't have to.

Because the community body is wakeful, and present, and attuned with all the members of the community body.

All the living beings who are part of that collective living structure.

Humans and all creatures.
