Maybe you’ve heard some version of this before: In building collaborative friendship, the impact isn't just about what we do. The how is much more important.
Let's discuss the parts of this how you perhaps will not yet have heard.
To create conditions for deeply-rooted and transformative successes over the past 4+ decades — often amidst intensive, conflict-ridden territory where most seasoned professionals fear to tread — I've learned to cultivate skills that build whole strength and resilience into the practicing organism.
(Today, the “practicing organism” I’m referring to is me — and those who have practiced Intuitive toolsets like these with me. Maybe soon you will discover it to be you, too!)
These proficiencies have proven to be life-saving for me and those I've worked with. Yes, even for those who are not living continuously on the very edge of life-and-death extremity.
Below, I'll list a selection of key skills I'd like to highlight. I keenly suggest you put your attention to building skill — and strength — in these ways, too.

🌿 Deep Presence & Attunement – Bring your whole body into the present moment in relationship with the other. Listen beyond the surface. Open the self to perceive what might be missed. Respond by offering support in ways that invite the other to confirm clarity — or clarify.
🌿 Relational Integrity – The parts and essences of our relationship need a wholeness; need to hold together and demonstrate that they are how they have been described, perceived, or desired to be. Alignment, coherence, and trust emerge from our tending relational integrity.
🌿 Collaborative Fluency – How excellent are we at being in collaboration with one another? How fluently do we recognize and support one another? How artfullly can we each offer up our skills and strengths to discover combinations and shared outcomes that increase the aliveness, life vitality, and living capacity of every participant?
🌿 Pre-Accountability – Do you enter into every experience with a desire to be rightly accountable to your own most honorable measures? …and to those with whom you wish to ensure your part in relational integrity?
🌿 The Intuitive Energetic – Trust in your potency and capacity. Recognize the blessings of challenges. Know that even unexpected outcomes serve a larger, unseen purpose. Courage. Authorship. Renewal and revitalization. Yourself, yes; and all of us together.
🌿 Pleomorphic Becoming – Your dreams, songs, and stories profoundly influence your body's functions, from the tiniest of the tiny to the increasingly-obvious (and the startlingly vast). Our experiences affect our environments, too. In true relationship with one another, we discover exponentially more power to transform ourselves and the world around us.
🌿 Strategic Visioning & Problem-Solving – Be wakeful to recognize solutions where others may see roadblocks. Even the smallest initiative can be guided toward diversely highly-leveragable outcomes.
🌿 Network Resourcing & Economic Vitality – Connect people and projects to resource flow — life energy activation, opportunities, collaborators, funding, and practical support — while ensuring respect and recognition of inherent worth for all creatures.
🌿 Systemic Regeneration – One of us can help another to achieve one success — yes! And this is just a single step toward our true focus: Co-creating, seeding, and nurturing living systems that unfold regenerative collective transformation.
We cultivate the fertile ground from which thriving emerges. You and me.
Your practice of skills like these brings value to your work in a way nothing else can. No matter the nature of your calling, building this kind of strength makes you essential to those around you.
