This is a really potent question. For me, it speaks primarily to moments when I found myself in "freeze" (dorsovagal shutdown), though I didn't know that was what was happening at the time.
For me, the question also opens up my awareness to moments when I was the one getting angry (or at least frustrated or having difficult feelings).
Throughout my life, I've experienced "invisible disability"" a.k.a. "hidden disability". This has been legally diagnosed as physiological,. Government and private bureaucracies have insisted on treating it as "mental illness". Privately, people have treated it as a psychological obsession on my part, as have some medical practitioners.
